THE LIFE OF FAITH AND THE GLORIOUS CHURCH - 2009
MARCH 31st
THE JUDGEMENT OF GOD UPON HIS
HOUSEHOLD IN THIS LAST HOUR SHALL BE BOTH SWIFT AND DEVASTATING!
1 John 5:21 NASB
Colossians 3:4-6 NASB
The judgement that God will judge His household with in this last hour will be
both swift and devastating - once His "holy vessels of judgement" are
prepared. There will be little time for discussion, only time for action
- through either an overt act of repentance and consecration [total separation
unto the Father and His Word (Will)] or an overt act of rebellion, and the
forsaking of the precious Blood and the Word of God. Until a child of God
enters into a deep and abiding trust in their Heavenly Father, then they will
continue to reject - at least "partially" - the true "delegated
authorities" that the Father, in His goodness, has sent as "gifts"
to the Church in this hour. Indeed, anything sent from [having its origin in]
God will ALWAYS be perceived as a "threat" by all who have formulated
their own plans in their service to God [through the pursuit of self-glory].
And, therefore, there will be a great "clash" between the true
servants of God and all those "ministers" still bound by a
"spirit of religion" in this most critical hour. A "spirit of
religion" always has - as its main thrust [in its effort to deceive a
minister of God] - the de-emphasizing of one's "personal relationship"
with God as the first and foremost prerequisite to excellence in ministry, and
onto a belief that places relationship with "flesh and blood" [and
the control thereof] before one's relationship with God. This is precisely why
many men and women who "claim" to serve God have been
"stalled" in their efforts to fulfil God's will for their life and
ministry - up until this time. This failure to lay down their own lives in
order to glorify God and exalt the name of Jesus to the greatest degree in all things
also negatively affects those they "minister" to - keeping them in a
place wherein they are under the control of man [through fear] rather than the
Holy Spirit [through faith and love].
IT
IS THE SAME WORD THAT HAS DELIVERED US FROM THE POWERS OF DARKNESS THAT WILL
BOTH KEEP US, AND EMPOWER US TO FULFIL THE FATHER'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIVES
Unless a thorough separation from the "idols" that they, themselves,
have set up in their lives [whether they be people or things] is forthcoming,
they will continue to "miss" God, and, thus, their prime function in
the church will be one of hindering the establishment of God's Kingdom instead
of furthering it! The Father will deal severely with those of His children
caught in the throes of idolatry in these days! These things that I speak of,
cut at the root of Satan's plan to keep the children of God asleep and, thus,
powerless in this last hour, but we must ALWAYS remember that Satan is never
greater than God IN ANY WAY, and that all that he does is but a
"counterfeit" [perversion] of that which the Father has already done,
in Christ. Thus, a simple adherence to the Word of God will ALWAYS override
[overcome] the schemes of Satan - schemes that we will not be ignorant of IF we
walk in that glorious place of "resurrection" and
"ascension" that is ours in Christ, through a continual abiding in
the life of the Cross [obedience unto the constant denial of the self-life].
There is not one child of God walking in the earth right now that is not
"vulnerable" to succumb to any one of Satan's schemes - IF THEY SET
THEMSELVES IN A PLACE APART FROM THE WORD OF GOD. It is the same Word that has
delivered us from the powers of darkness that will both keep us, and empower us
to fulfil the Father's purpose for our lives. Let us not take these things
lightly for it is our obedience or disobedience, as children of God, that will
"forge" our positioning in this most critical hour, and it is certain
that we must be found "abiding" with Christ at the right hand of the
heavenly Father in order to overcome in all things - and, in the process,
fulfil all that we were created for from before the foundations of the
earth.
