THE LIFE OF FAITH AND THE GLORIOUS CHURCH - 2009
MARCH 28th
WE MUST BE FOUND READY AND "PLIABLE"
1 Peter 4:12-17 NASB
THIS HOUR WILL DEFINE THE TRUE STATE OF EACH ONE'S HEART
This hour will define the true state of each one's heart [1 Corinthians
3:10-15]. Those who continue, in their stubbornness and rebellion, to hold
fast to anything apart from Christ [and do so in His Name] shall surely be seen
for what they are in their unrighteous activity. Those who have been faithful
and obedient to hold fast the vision [revelation] shall shine brighter and
brighter until the fullness of the Father's purpose is continually being
fulfilled through them [Proverbs 4:18], and because of these things they will
be a strong "beacon" to a dark and dying world. It must be clearly
understood that as long as any given child of God is still
"breathing" then there is still an opportunity for them to enter into
a deep and thorough repentance [as long as there is still a "seed" of
desire for repentance in their heart] and, thus, enter into the fullness of all
that the Father created them for. This is a time of great tumult and turmoil -
a tumult and turmoil that will cause the heart of unbelief and fear and pride
to fail [faint] EVERY time, and in EVERY situation. The very methods and
patterns [mind-sets of fear and self-desire] that had been used in the
past by these unbelieving ones [in order to form their "own" comfort
and security] will not work in the days to come. The rapid and frequent changes
that are manifesting in the earth to a greater degree with each passing day
shall cause those whose hearts are not "established" in the Word of
God to "faint" and, thus, they shall be easy prey for Satan and his
forces - unless a deep and immediate repentance is forthcoming on their part.
Only those whose hearts are rooted and grounded in the love of God, and whose
minds are continually being "renewed" [through the diligent practice
of constantly bringing EVERY thought captive to a revelation of God's Word]
shall be found "fit" to be called "disciples" of the Lord
Jesus Christ [Mark 8:34-36]. It is only these faithful and obedient ones that shall be
entrusted with the fullness of the riches of God's glory in Christ Jesus and,
thus, - in entering into the fullness of their Kingdom-position and destiny -
they will carry out [with perfect diligence] their portion of the great and
glorious plan of the Father in their remaining time in this dispensation.
