+ An "open heaven" simply means that there is nothing hindering Me from pouring Myself and My blessing out in the midst of My faithful and obedient ones.

...."Turn to my reproof, behold, I will pour out My Spirit on you; I will make My words known to you".... Proverbs 1:23 NASB

+ The exercising of "fear" ALWAYS manifests in "control" [manipulation] in some form - with a view to maintaining one's "own" agenda. The exercising of love [faith and obedience] ALWAYS says and does [in the power of My Spirit - Who is the Spirit of Love] what is for the greatest benefit [well-being] of those in their sphere of existence [at all cost to oneself] - with a view to the one[s] being ministered to entering into and fulfilling the fullness of their precious destiny, in Christ.
