EXHORTATIONS FROM THE FATHER

["Reflections" Of The Father's Heart]

+ In the days of Moses the people "maintained" a heart of idolatry and, thus, when it came time to approach Me on the mountain they were consumed by fear - and so it is in these days that if one maintains ANY ground in their heart for a spirit of idolatry to work they, too, shall experience great fear [terror - panic] as My holy Presence [fire] is released through My holy vessels in this hour. And, in the same way, as those in idolatry in the wilderness demanded that Moses "go up" in their stead, many in this hour have forsaken the intimate fellowship with Me that I require of them, personally - choosing instead to allow those in "delegated authority" to go up "for them". Because of these things, they are an ill-prepared people - an undiscerning people who continually forsake revelation knowledge and My Wisdom to depend upon their "own" strength and understanding [Matthew 13:11-17].

I call each and every one of My precious children to a close and intimate fellowship with Me because I love them - and, it is ONLY from this close and intimate fellowship with Me, individually, that a "spotless and unblemished" Church could EVER become a corporate reality in the earth. It is also from this position of intimate fellowship with Me that one comes to "know" [gain a revelation of] My Will and, thus, carries it out in a perfect obedience [faith and love] in the power of My Spirit - a perfect obedience that is the prerequisite for one entering into the "Kingdom". I did not say "Heaven", itself, I said My Kingdom - the sphere in which Jesus truly reigns as Lord in the lives of My people - a position from which ALL true Kingdom-position and service begins and is maintained, without exception!

...."The LORD spoke to you face to face at the mountain from the midst of the fire, while I was standing between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the word of the LORD; for you were afraid because of the fire and did not go up the mountain. He said, 'I am the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 'You shall have no other gods before Me. 'You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. 'You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments".... ...."All the people perceived the thunder and the lightning flashes and the sound of the trumpet and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood at a distance. Then they said to Moses, 'Speak to us yourself and we will listen; but let not God speak to us, or we will die.' Moses said to the people, 'Do not be afraid; for God has come in order to test you, and in order that the fear of Him may remain with you, so that you may not sin.' So the people stood at a distance, while Moses approached the thick cloud where God was".... Exodus 20:18-21 NASB

...."So he [Moses] was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did not eat bread or drink water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments. It came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the testimony were in Moses' hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him. So when Aaron and all the sons of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him".... Exodus 34:28-30 NASB
