LETTER 2006 ISSUE 9
To all
handmaidens and bondservants of the Lord Jesus Christ:
...."For
the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all,
therefore all died; and He died for all, that they who live should no longer
live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their
behalf"....
2 Corinthians 5:14-15 NASB
Because of a
definite lack of revealed knowledge of the Scriptures many children of God have
little idea of the all-encompassing aspect of the Divine requirement which is
presented in the Word of God (Luke 10:27). Every child of God must come to the
clear realization that the only basis for true service to the Father and His
Word is for our heart to be given "wholly" to Him - thereby causing
us to be willing to do all of His will at all times. Whether one is called to
the five-fold ministry or not they must have a revelation of the fact that the
Father requires them to be both led and empowered by the Holy Spirit at ALL
times. If one truly desires in their heart to serve God and carry out His will
in the earth THEN they will reach out to Him with ALL of their strength to
receive all that He has provided for them in Christ.
One cause for
the lack of power and true service amongst the children of God is the fact that
the "baptism" of the Holy Spirit (the baptism of "fire")
has not been put forth from the pulpit in many areas of the church. The baptism
and the "infilling" of the Holy Spirit must be preached in its absoluteness
to every congregation of believers - regardless of their "doctrine".
In the days just
ahead multitudes of those who truly love God and desire only to serve Him, will
leave the "denominations" and begin to flow to the places where God
is being worshipped in spirit and in truth. For many children of God it will be
at this point that they will experience for the first time what
"true" Christian service is all about. Those who refuse to be led and
empowered by the Holy Spirit "misrepresent" Jesus - WITHOUT EXCEPTION
- and thus allow Satan ground from which to work his evil schemes within the
church. The time has come for the Father to remove ALL sin and rebellion from
the Church in order that all those who truly believe might become one in Christ
and that the nations might see the physical manifestation of the "Body of
Christ" in the earth - the spotless and pure Church in which ALL are led
and empowered by the Holy Spirit in ALL things!

PERFECT OR COMPLETE TRANSITION
In
this most critical and glorious hour it is necessary for every child of God to
make the complete transition from walking in the mind of the flesh [leaning
upon one's "own" understanding] to walking in the mind of Christ
[bringing every thought captive to a revelation of God's Word (Will)] and
abiding in the perfect empowerment of the Holy Spirit. It is the will of the
Father for every last one of His precious children to abide in an absolute
faith working through a perfect love - manifesting in a perfect obedience -
regardless of what He has called them to or where He has placed them. In the
normal course of action it is impossible for one to rise above [overcome] the
daily distractions and hindrances that the Evil One comes against them with.
But if one is faithful to partake of the fulness of the Father's provision, and
is obedient to enter into the intimate fellowship with Him each day that He so
desires [and requires] THEN a spiritual transaction takes place in the heart
and mind of the believer that will empower them to navigate on the narrow path
of perfect obedience throughout the day. This is a "supernatural"
thing!
WE MUST BE FOUND "ABIDING" IN THE
SUPERNATURAL IN THIS FINAL HOUR
How
does one describe the supernatural workings of God to the natural mind?
One can't - it must be both discerned and walked in from the position of an
"abiding" faith and obedience. In summing up the call to make the
complete transition from the natural to the supernatural, all I can say is that
as each child of God is obedient to enter into the presence of the Father and
His Word in the "inner chamber" each morning a "divine
empowerment" takes over that one's life, and when the day is finished they
have accomplished more than they ever could have imagined (in their own
thinking). This aforementioned "divine empowerment" enables one to
flow in the presence of God and to be righteously motivated in all things. It
also produces a continual wisdom and divine assurance deep in one's heart that
they will know what to do and say - in ANY given situation.
AUTHORITATIVE PRAYER AND PROCLAMATION
"Authoritative"
prayer and proclamation are simply words that are the spontaneous by-product of
a heart that is overflowing with revelation knowledge of God's Word and, thus,
as that child of God goes forth in obedience (daily) the Holy Spirit will cause
whatever words are necessary - in any given situation - to rise up from their
inner man in an absolute faith (and love). This is precisely the way that Jesus
carried out His earthly ministry - and it is precisely the way that the
Glorious ("spotless and unblemished") Church is to fulfil her mandate
in our remaining time in this dispensation.
"PERFECT OFFENSIVE"
The
highest form of spiritual warfare is a "perfect offensive" against
the Evil One and his forces. This term refers to a continual assault against
Satan and his schemes through the continual exercising of an absolute faith and
an abiding obedience on the part of the believer. As one sets themselves to a
perfect obedience in this hour it will produce words (authoritative
proclamations) and actions empowered by the Holy Spirit that will put Satan and
his forces to flight. This will be one of the chief characteristics of the
Glorious Church. In the days ahead the remnant Church will literally cut a
spiritual swath through the strongholds of the Enemy.
THE IMPORTANCE OF ABIDING IN THE OVERCOMING LIFE
Up
until this time, many children of God have been in a position where they are
barely getting by - as far as resisting the Enemy goes. They win a battle then
lose a battle - lose another battle then win a battle. This is not God's best -
as evidenced through the people of Israel when they headed out for battle
"in obedience" and were always overwhelmingly victorious. As more and
more enter into the place of "abiding" in a perfect obedience we will
see these "perfect offensives" devastate Satan and his forces at
every turn, and not only will we see vast multitudes of Christians enter into
the place of abiding in the "overcoming" life but because of that
very thing we shall see vast multitudes of "captives" in the world be
gloriously set free to serve God with every fiber of their being.

Let us hear the words of the Father:
"YOU SHALL SEE THE BLOSSOMING FORTH OF THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY
IN THE WAY I HAD INTENDED IT TO BE IN MY CHURCH"
...."I
shall no longer stand for the rejection of My bondservants and My handmaidens,
for there are many who mock and scorn their obedience to Me and their continual
exercising of faith in My Word; and they call them "parasites" and
"leeches", when all the time I have given them as a gift of blessing
to My children! Truly, truly I say to you My indignation and wrath shall pour
forth upon those of My children who - through the very slothfulness
(negligence) they themselves accuse others of - are ignorant of the deepest
thoughts and intentions of My heart! Am I to stand by while they continue to
sow the seeds of disharmony within My Church? I say to you this day, I shall
remove from them "all" that is not of Me, and all shall see that the
"true origin" of their allegiance is to themselves - and to those who
will further the pursuit of their own selfish lusts. Truly I say to you, I have
opened the door which no one can shut and you shall see the blossoming forth of
the five-fold ministry in the way I had intended it to be in My Church and
truly I say to you I shall cause those who have come against My elite to come
and humble themselves at the feet of those they have scorned in their
rejection, and as they come they shall know beyond a shadow of doubt that it is
I who have loved them"....
"THE SPIRIT OF COURAGE AND BOLDNESS
[RIGHTEOUSNESS] SHALL CAUSE MY CHILDREN TO BE A MIGHTY SIGN AND WONDER TO THE
PEOPLES OF THE EARTH"
...."Fear
not for the Spirit of courage and boldness [righteousness] shall cause My
children to be a mighty sign and wonder to the peoples of the earth - and all
who cross their path shall know that their deliverance is found only in Me. Go
forth into every place I lead you and be that living testimony that I have
prepared you to be, My faithful ones. Stretch your faith out on My Word alone
and all these things which I have spoken of shall come to pass at an "ever
increasing" pace in the earth!"....
"MY GLORY SHALL FILL THE EARTH AND MY KINGDOM
SHALL BE ESTABLISHED IN THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE"
...."Go
forth, My beloved ones, and set your gaze upon the hearts of My children, for I
will both reveal and empower you to meet their deepest needs. There are yet
many of My children who remain in bondage to fear - thus causing them to seek
their place in the traditions and mental ascensions of men [false security],
rather than the spontaneous life and light of the Spirit of wisdom and
revelation. Move forth as one, strong in the knowledge that by My great and awesome
power I shall back every Word you shall speak - and truly I say to you, My
glory shall fill the earth and My Kingdom shall be established in the hearts of
the people"....

MEDITATIONS ON THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE:
+ One
taught by the gift of grace, and made wise by the "blow" of its
withdrawal, will not dare to "attribute" any good thing to
themselves, but rather will confess themselves poor and naked apart from
Christ. Put yourself always in the lowest place, and the highest shall be given
you, for the highest cannot be without the lowest. The highest saints of God
are least in their own eyes, and the more "glorious" they are, the
more humble in themselves. Full of truth and Heavenly glory, they are not
desirous of vain-glory. Founded and established in God, they are wise
able to be proud. And those who ascribe to God the "whole" of
any good they have received, seek not glory from one another but desire the
glory that is of God alone, and desire that God in himself and in all His
saints be praised above all things, and strive always for that very end.
+ The work of
God cannot be done without "due authorization" [the leading and
empowerment of the Holy Spirit], otherwise it is devoid of promise.
+ The men and
women who learn the secret of reaching the Throne, getting the ear of God
become dangerous to the hosts of darkness. Some have said that prayer is
the greatest opportunity ever offered to a man or woman in Christ. If this is
true, and it is, then you can understand why there would be "enemies"
to stand in the way of a prayer life. You can understand why the Adversary
would make it his business to see that the prayer life of an individual, and of
a church should be ineffective. A church is only as powerful as the prayer life
of its members!
+ Jesus has now
many who love His Heavenly Kingdom, but few who carry His Cross. He has many
who desire consolation, but few who desire tribulation. He finds more to share
His table, few His fasting. All wish to rejoice with Him, few want to
"bear" the burdens of others for Him. Many follow Jesus to the
breaking of bread, but few to drinking the cup of suffering for righteousness'
sake. Many revere His miracles, few follow the true humility of His Cross. Many
love Jesus so long as adversity does not befall them. Many praise and bless
Him, so long as they receive some consolations from Him. But if Jesus should "hide"
Himself and "leave" them for a little while, they fall into
complaining or deep dejection!
+ No learning
can make up for the failure to pray. No earnestness, no diligence, no study, no
gifts will supply its lack.
+ Talking to men
for God is a great thing, but talking to God for men is greater still. He will
never talk well and with real success to men for God who has not learned well
how to talk to God for men!

I say to you, well done! You have endured the trials and have overcome them one
by one. Now get ready for the amplification of My power that you will see
manifest in your life in the days immediately before you.

THE VISION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD STREET

VISION:
In a
vision I saw a neighborhood street, like what I would imagine seeing in a
European village. There were three-story apartment buildings lining the street,
and the doors, windows and curtains of the individual apartments were closed. I
had the sense that this village had undergone a severe drought or other kind of
oppression, perhaps even war. As I observed this scene, the windows of the
apartments began to open on each level of the buildings, the doors opened, and
the people began to pour out into the streets in a celebration.
At that moment,
I began to think of the Upper Room on the Day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit
was poured out. The experience of those 120 people had been a harrowing one;
their Lord had been crucified, was resurrected, and had ascended. They were
waiting for the manifestation of the Comforter, which Jesus had promised. And,
the Holy Spirit came with a sound from heaven as of a mighty rushing wind,
there appeared to them tongues of fire that sat on each of them, and they were
filled with the Spirit and spoke with other tongues. But, they did not stay
shut up in the Upper Room; they poured out into the streets to celebrate and
share the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Then, the Lord
said, "You are that neighborhood, and you are those people. Get ready to
come out of hiding, for certainly the rain of the Spirit is beginning to fall,
and liberty will flow like a pure river of life to release you from your places
of obscurity into the power of My ministry. And, there will be a joyful
celebration among you."
...."When
the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one
place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty
wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there
appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other
tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance"....
Acts 2:1-4
"I AM REMINDING YOU OF THE IMPORTANCE OF
INTEGRITY AND HONESTY IN EVERYTHING YOU SAY AND DO"
"Beloved,
I am reminding you of the importance of integrity and honesty in everything you
say and do. Refuse to allow the fear of rejection to tempt you to use deception
as a means of escape. You must set a watch in every situation and choose to be
honest and above board. Do not under any circumstance take advantage of someone
else. Be willing to admit your errors and short-comings. Conversely, be on the
alert for scams and misrepresented agendas. Hidden motives will be masked by
false responses, insincerity, pretense, and flattery. Things are not what they
seem. Be sensitive to My leading, and I will bring to light that which is
hidden. Seek Me for truth, and I will reveal and expose every lie, says the
Lord."
...."For
there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept
secret but that it should come to light"....

"THE DAYS AHEAD WILL REQUIRE YOUR TRUST IN
ME"
"Prepare
to stretch, but do not fear the things that will cause you to stretch.
Certainly, I am with you and will give you the grace to accomplish what is
before you. As you encounter and interact with that which is unfamiliar and
uncomfortable set yourself to go with the flow. If you try to avoid or
stubbornly resist these challenges, it will be disastrous. Your walk in the
Spirit is a walk of faith. The days ahead will require your trust in Me, says
the Lord.
...."If we
live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit"....

KORAH'S REBELLION
PART
THREE
DEEP HUMILITY (UTTER DEPENDENCE UPON THE FATHER AND HIS WORD) - THE
ESSENCE OF ALL TRUE DELEGATED AUTHORITY
Now
let us take a close look at Moses' reaction to all that was happening, and
thereby gain a clear understanding of the way that we are called to carry
ourselves in the face of Satan's onslaught.
The Word of God states in Numbers 12:3:
...."Now
the man Moses was very humble, more than any man who was on the face of the
earth"....
and in Numbers 16:4:
...."When
Moses heard this, he fell on his face;....
We see that
under these serious accusations of Korah and those with him Moses neither got
angry or lost his temper. He simply fell on his face before the Lord. Through
the years, and God's dealings with him, Moses came to the place wherein he
"knew" that all that he had - the authority delegated to him included
- was from the Lord and through his personal relationship and close fellowship
with the Lord, he knew that not only was it the Lord who had sent him, but the
Lord who had given him the words to speak through the
"pressure-filled" situations in Egypt as he stood before the Pharaoh
and also through all the times of "backsliddenness" and
hardheartedness the people of Israel went through. Moses had come to
"know" his God in such a way that he could have no doubt that all the
authority which he himself possessed was of God. Therefore, he did not seek to
"justify" himself in any way before the people. In the same way
today, as we go forth to carry out the will of God for our lives, we must
(through many dealings and experiences as we exercise faith in God's Word)
continually humble ourselves before the Father and His Word and thus allow Him
to show Himself strong on our behalf, for as we do, He shall surely become
"all" to us. It is in this assurance of Him being our "all"
that we are enabled (empowered) to lay aside the seeking of man's approval to
seek only the approval of God. The "fear of man" is the greatest
catalyst for darkness in the church, for it is this very fear that causes one
to worship man for who he is as opposed to worshipping God for who He is.
"ALL WHO WOULD TRULY SERVE GOD MUST COME TO THE
DEEP REALIZATION THAT THE VERY GREATEST THINGS THEY ACCOMPLISH FOR GOD WILL BE
THE VERY THINGS FOR WHICH THEY ARE PERSECUTED THE MOST!"
Now let us take a close look at the reaction of
Moses to this serious accusation made against him:
We
see from the Word of God that Moses' first reaction was to fall on his face
before God. This action was a spontaneous reaction produced by his years of
seeking God and fellowshipping with Him. Moses neither got angry nor lost his
temper because he knew his God and, as mentioned before, he knew that the words
he had spoken were of God and therefore he did not seek to justify himself. All
who would truly serve God must come to the "deep realization" that
the very greatest things they accomplish for God will be the very things for
which they are persecuted the most! If one is going to walk above compromise at
all times then at all times they must forsake any thought of who they are
"apart from Christ" - and, from faith to faith and glory to glory,
have built within them by the Holy Spirit the glorious revelation of who they
are in Christ - the Anointed One and His Anointing.
THE "ESTABLISHED" HEART
- THE PREREQUISITE TO ABSOLUTE VICTORY IN ALL THINGS
In
this final hour it is only the "established" heart that shall
gloriously overcome the persecutions, the accusations, and the afflictions of
Satan and his forces, that shall come against all those who desire to live
godly lives in Christ Jesus. Quite simply put, it is to the degree that we
"know" our God - and in knowing Him place "all" of our
trust in Him - that we shall escape the snare of the Evil One which continually
seeks to move us to take upon ourselves a false air of
"self-importance". Again, Moses knew that all authority belongs to
the Lord and therefore he did not seek to justify himself and, not only did he
not seek to justify himself, because he knew God he foresaw the consequences of
their rebellion and therefore humbled himself in love before his God on their
behalf. Let all those who call themselves servants of God understand clearly
that it is only a constant close and intimate relationship with God day to day
in faith and obedience that shall "allow" them to be kept and
protected from the desire to exalt themselves. Therefore, we can say from this
that to the degree that one fellowships with God in the manner which is
required of them (for each believer is called uniquely by the Father in this
area) it is to that degree that they will avoid the "folly" of
"self-exaltation" in ministry.
THE "MANTLE" OF PERFECT OBEDIENCE (LOVE)
In
this time of the building up of the spotless and unblemished (glorious) Church,
God is raising up leaders to carry the mantle of perfect obedience; leaders who
are not moved by "self-initiative", but who are moved solely by the
love abiding in their hearts. The "true" delegated authority is one
who has humbled themselves deeply before God and thus when they are freely
reviled by those whose hearts are not one with Him this constitutes a
"serious problem" in the eyes of the Lord. Now certainly there are
those who have taken upon themselves an "authority" which is not of
God and thus when they are confronted with the Truth - exactly opposite to the
proper attitude of Moses, who knew his God - these false authorities must
continually seek to "justify" themselves, seeking always the approval
of flesh and blood for their actions with no "inward" consideration
for the will of God. I must issue a severe warning to any child of God who
would take lightly the command of God to love Him with their "whole"
heart, for if in the life of any child of God, ministry unto the Lord is not
their first and foremost priority, then to the degree it is not, it is to that
degree that they shall "fail". For if we are not constrained by the
love of God shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit then we shall have
"miss" God in this "most critical time" and shall find
ourselves abiding in failure, for "selfishness" always fails while
love never fails!
THE CALL TO INTIMATE PRAYER AND FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD
All
true ministry has its root in intimate prayer and fellowship with God,
therefore, for one to take lightly their call to minister to the Lord first and
foremost is for one to exalt themselves above the wisdom of God. And, in their
failure to comply with God's requirement their "deepest" belief is
that they themselves are somehow capable of carrying out that which can only be
carried out in and by the power of God. As the individual child of God is
obedient in the area of ministry unto the Lord - regardless of how much
"time" they have been in the faith - they shall become aware of that
which has proceeded from God and that which has not - without exception! Had
Korah and those with him been right before God in their hearts they would have
known that the words which Moses spoke were of God. And so as we go on to look
at God's reaction to this rebellion let us set ourselves to learn the most
valuable lessons provided in order that we might avoid the pitfalls of a
self-exaltive heart.
