THE
MINISTRY LETTER 2006 ISSUE 8
To all
handmaidens and bondservants of the Lord Jesus Christ:
...."If
because of the sabbath, you turn your foot from doing your OWN pleasure on My
holy day, and call the sabbath a delight, the holy day of the Lord honorable,
and shall honor it, desisting from your OWN ways, from seeking your OWN
pleasure, and speaking your OWN word, THEN you shall take delight in the Lord,
and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; and I will feed you with
the heritage of Jacob your father"....
Isaiah 58:13-14
The pattern for
the fulness of the meaning of God's Sabbath rest is found in Isaiah 58 -
particularly verses 13-14 - although the entire chapter talks about the true
"fasting" that we are called to as Christians, and fits right in
concerning the holiness that we are to be found walking in. The prophet Isaiah
in vs. 13 writes, " If because of the Sabbath, you turn your foot from
DOING YOUR OWN PLEASURE [this speaks of self-desire] on My holy day"....
It must be clearly understood that the "Sabbath" - in the fulness of
the Father's purpose - does not speak of one physical 24 hour day. Many have
mentally ascended to the Word of God and made Sunday or Saturday the
"Sabbath", and while there is certainly nothing wrong with having a
day named for attending church (or a day of "physical rest") that
mind-set falls far short of the Father's purpose for His children.
Unfortunately, many attend church on Sunday/Saturday and may even attempt
(legalistically) to refrain from any activities they might deem offensive to
God, but the other six days of the week they don't pay very much attention to
fellowship with the Father and His Word.
As you go on to
read the passage in Isaiah 58 you can see quite clearly that the fulness of the
Father's intent for one entering into (and I might add "abiding in")
the fulness of Sabbath rest is for one to "honor it" by desisting
from one's own ways [from seeking our own self-desires as opposed to godly
desires] and speaking our own words (words that are self-serving and
man-pleasing rather than that glorify God to the greatest degree). Isaiah goes
on to write, "THEN you will take delight in the Lord [He will have
preeminence in our lives] and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth
and I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob".
There are two
very important truths here. First, the true Church is to be established - and
the true Christian life is to be lived - in the power of resurrection and the
authority of the Ascension life of Christ [the fulness of the authority that is
ours in Christ]. We are called [spiritually] to be seated at the right hand of
the Father with Jesus in the Heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3-4; Ephesians
2:6-7;) as we go forth in our walk - day to day - empowered by the Holy Spirit
in ALL things. This was what was meant by "I will make you to ride on the
heights of the earth" (vs.14). As you can see the prophet Isaiah was
prophesying something that would (or could) not come into effect until after
Jesus had shed His blood for us at Calvary, but which now applies perfectly to
us in the Church dispensation. We are called to perfect obedience and the only
way to do that is for us to be found "riding on the heights of the
earth" spiritually. While we are obviously still in this earth
"physically and locationally" we are, again, to be seated with Christ
in the presence of the Father at ALL times spiritually.
Secondly, there
is a scripture in the Bible which talks about the "Jacob generation"
and defines that generation as one who deals with God "face to face"
- a generation of those who seek God with all of their heart (Psalm 24:3-6).
This, of course, referring to the "spotless and unblemished Church that we
are called to be - both individually and corporately. The "heritage of
Jacob" is a very good study to do. From it one can see many aspects of the
fulness of our precious inheritance in Christ - and it belongs to all those who
enter into God's holy rest - those who seek to walk in the power of the Holy
Spirit and not after the "mind of the flesh" [selfishness].

AS IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE KINGDOM
"REVELATION" IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE BASIS FOR ANY COURSE OF ACTION
Each
individual's life and call is unique. I do know this though: it is definitely
time for EVERY Christian to be found walking in all of the light they have been
blessed with (while continuing to seek more daily), and it is time for EVERY
Christian to lay aside anything which they have "held back" from the
Lord. In this hour what one holds onto - in a spirit of compromise and
selfishness - they will surely lose. On the other hand, if one is faithful to
"let go" of what they need to let go of they will begin to enter into
a place of abiding upon the "narrow path" - the end of which is the
fulness of destiny. As in all matters pertaining to the Kingdom "revelation"
is the only acceptable basis for "any" course of action.
ANY FORM OF PERSECUTION SIMPLY BECOMES ANOTHER
GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT THE FATHER AND HIS WORD PERFECTLY - WITH A VIEW
TO GETTING THOSE WHO ARE HELD CAPTIVE SET FREE
As it
is written: those who [even] desire to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will be
persecuted. It has been an ongoing battle throughout the years, and ALL those
who have continually sought the fulness of the Father's will for their life and
ministry have experienced much persecution at the hands of those who
"maintain" even the slightest degree of self-desire [self-agenda].
While one should most certainly not be found rejoicing in any way at the
unrighteous attitudes and motivations displayed by those who have been used
against them, they must retain absolutely no regrets in what they have
experienced - and to a certain degree - are experiencing in these days. To
abide in love - and thus be found to be righteously motivated in all things -
is the goal, and thus ANY form of persecution simply becomes another golden
opportunity to represent the Father and His Word perfectly - with a view to
getting those who are held captive set free.
BEWARE OF THE "OLD" PROPHETS
The
"old" prophet is one whose heart has turned from the Kingdom and
God's ways to fellowship with the world and its ways - and thus their words are
no longer true to the heart and will of God. Because of this they are actually
used [unknowingly] by Satan to lead God's people onto a false path [the broad
path of destruction] rather than help them continue on the narrow path of
perfect obedience. The story of the "old prophet" is found in 1 Kings
13 [the entire chapter]. [see prophecy later in this issue]
"UNRESTRAINED HARVEST"
In
these days there will be an "unrestrained harvest". The Father has
raised up a people who finally have realized that the harvest belongs to Him -
and not "themselves". As we are faithful to abide in intimate
fellowship with the Father and, thus, represent Him perfectly in our own lives
on an ongoing basis THEN those that God sets in our path will begin to enter
into intimate fellowship with Him [both in the church and from out of the
world] and THEN they will, ultimately, be in a position to become fit vessels
to go forth and reap an even greater harvest of souls for Him. This
"multiplied" harvest will literally turn the world upside down before
we leave here.
IN THIS FINAL HOUR ALL OF THE "ANOINTINGS"
THAT WERE WROUGHT IN GOD THROUGHOUT THE CENTURIES SHALL COME THROUGH THE
VARIOUS MEMBERS OF THE GLORIOUS CHURCH
One
of the chief anointings of the remnant Church is the "spirit of
Elijah". It is a special anointing that indeed restores all things to the
Father, and thus accomplishes the deepest thoughts and intentions of His heart
in preparing the way for the multitudes to return to their first love. That
anointing also will produce absolute confrontations with the principalities -
and various other powers of darkness. In the same way as the "spirit of
Elijah" will manifest and produce many "Elijahs" there will also
be many "Josephs", Solomons, Abrahams etc. All of the godly men and
women who walked before us - especially in the Old Testament - were perfect
types and patterns for us - as they established the Father's Word [Will] in the
earth [this eventually led to the birth of Jesus - many years after the Fall].
So, in this final hour, shall all of these anointings that were wrought in God
throughout the centuries come forth through the various members of the Glorious
Church - those who are "abiding" in Christ - to fulfil the fulness of
the Father's will and plan for the Church, in the power of the Holy Spirit .
AS ONE CONTINUES ON IN THE REFINING PROCESS THEY
WILL SURELY "COME FORTH AS GOLD"
The
entire key to all things as far as making the transition into the fulness of
Kingdom living is time spent in the "inner chamber" with the Father
and His Word. As one is faithful and obedient to give Him pre-eminence in these
days THEN all of the past glimpses and experiences one has had throughout the
years will come to the forefront (their worth will be clearly seen), and as
they continue on in the Father's refining process they will surely "come
forth as gold" to enter into the fulness of their destiny in Christ. It is
a time of great "divine" restoration - a restoration that will
restore to the faithful one all that Satan has stolen (time, health, people,
finances etc.) from them over the years, and they will take what has been
restored and crush Satan and his forces with it.
Let us hear the words of the Father:
"THERE ARE MANY "OLD" PROPHETS IN THE
MIDST OF MY CHURCH
...."There
are many of My children who continually "glorify" Satan in their
fear! Because they have not separated themselves unto Me, and because they have
not made My Word the final authority in their lives, they remain in bondage,
tools and pawns of the Evil One, workers of iniquity, rather than workers of
righteousness. Truly I say to you, this corruption has spread even to the
"so-called" hierarchy of My church. Indeed there are many
"old" prophets in the midst of My church, those whose hearts have
succumbed to the evil temptations of the "lower life" and because of
this, they have forsaken "absolute obedience" in order to accommodate
and gratify their own soulish desires; and yet to the many, those who
themselves have become entangled and encumbranced by the spirit of this world,
they (the old prophets) still are looked up to and followed, and yet, in
reality, they have become enemies of the Cross of Christ. It is for this reason
that I must bring My true (holy) apostles and My true (holy) prophets into the
midst of My people; so that their deepest heart desire might be obedience to My
Word and that their greatest pleasure might be to please Me in all that they
do. It is with a great heaviness on My heart that I report these things to you
this day My son. For do I not love all My children with an absolute love?
But, behold, the "fulness of time" is upon the earth (world) and all
those who dwell in it and the "eternal" words which I have spoken
through the ages, concerning the judgement of all mankind, shall now be fulfilled.
All those things which are about to happen shall be for the greatest eternal
benefit of all those who are involved"....
"MY WORD MUST BE PREACHED IN THE FULNESS OF
CONVICTION"
...."In
order for My children to come to that place of abiding in the fulness of their
inheritance in Christ My Word "must" be preached in the
"fulness" of conviction! Truly I say to you, the chief characteristic
of all those I have called to minister My Word in this last hour shall be that
they preach My Word in the fulness of conviction [absolute truth]"....
"A SPIRIT OF MISTRUST'S DUTY IS TO KEEP MY
PEOPLE IN A POSITION WHEREIN THEY DO NOT TRUST ME WHOLEHEARTEDLY"
...."A
"spirit of mistrust's" duty is to keep My people in a position
wherein they do not trust Me "wholeheartedly". Another aspect of this
evil spirit's work is to bring people into a place of "trusting" in
anything that is apart from My Word. And as they are "allowed" to do
this they will surely keep the targeted ones out of My will and out of the
fullness of the ministry that I called them to"....
"EVERY WORD AND ACTION OF THE FLESH IS DIRECTLY OPPOSED
TO MY WILL"
...."Every
word and action of the flesh is directly opposed to My will regardless of "its"
attempts to justify its actions or words as being conformed to My will. This is
the root of all deception!"....
...."One
cannot edify someone while operating under a "spirit of
self-exaltation"....
...."Sin
enters in and is maintained by a "faulty"
thought-life"....
"FULLNESS OF CONVICTION [ABSOLUTE TRUTH]"
...."As
My bondservants and hand maidens preach My Word in the "fullness" of
conviction [absolute truth] the anointing on the words they preach shall
"lift up" all those people in the midst of the congregation who truly
desire to walk in the fullness of the ministry that I have created them for and
it shall take them through the "final barriers" which have held them
back. And thus shall they become "glorious leaders" and they shall go
forth throughout the land and lead My children into the "fullness" of
their inheritance in Christ!"....

MEDITATIONS ON THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE:
+ Prayer
- secret, fervent, believing prayer, lies at the root of all personal
godliness. A heart given up to God in "closet" religion - this is the
attainment which, more than all knowledge, or all other gifts, will fit us to
become the instruments of God in the great work of human redemption.
+ When the mind
is "darkened" through fellowship with the world, there is absolutely
no desire for God in the heart.
+ ...."These
twelve (apostles), Jesus sent forth, and charged them, saying, "Go not
into any way of the Gentiles, and enter not into any city of the Samaritans;
but go rather to the lost sheep of Israel"....(Matthew 10:5-6). All the
activity of the disciples is subject to the clear precept of their Lord. They
are not left free to choose their own methods or adopt their own conception of
their task. Their work is to be "Christ-work", and therefore they are
absolutely dependent of the will of God. Happy are they whose service is fixed
by such a precept, and who are therefore free from the tyranny of their
"own" ideas and calculations.
+ The Holy
Spirit is the unlimited, invisible presence of God's Son upon this earth.
+ Being
established, or stabilized, in the Lord is by believing in God and His Word. It
is not by following after flesh and blood; but when it comes time for God to
"prosper" His people then God puts His words in the mouths of His
prophets, and when they speak the words of God and you listen to those words,
not only do revelation and understanding come about the way that God desires to
bless and prosper you, and not only is His goodness revealed to you, but
"power" comes forth to prosper you. When you believe the words of
God's true prophets, so shall you prosper!
+ In these last
days the people of God are going to need to hear "strong words" from
God through His leaders. For there is going to be a "spirit of
negativism" against God, rise up in the world as never before, and the
"spirit" can only be countered and crushed by the outpouring of God's
power, through His anointed words to His people!
+ There is no
"possession" of eternal things without action. Believing is acting on
the Word. Acting on the Word in a perfect obedience is your
"confession". Let it be a fixed fact in your mind that confession is
proof of faith. There is no believing that does not climax in confession. It is
faith expressing itself. "Mental assent" dares not confess. It wishes
to be sure of "results" first, so it always stands on the negative
side of the issue. It never wins. It is never a success. Mental assent is the
voice of the senses, the mind of the senses, or the mind of the flesh. Faith is
from the mind of the spirit - your re-created spirit, "dominating"
your reason faculties.

Rise up O Man [Woman] of God,
Dare to stand in
the full faith of that which I have delivered to you and believe no longer the
lies of the evil one. You have allowed those who have walked away to discourage
you in that which I have called you to do. As Abraham of old, you looked to man
instead of to Me to help you fulfill the that which I have spoken. But Man of
God, your hope and your calling can only be found in Me. As it is written:
without Me you can do nothing!
Yes, I will
bring others along side to help you, yes, to restore the work and to aid you in
reaching precious souls for My kingdom. Some will come for just a season, and
some will stay and be good people for you. Some of these will not able to
overcome their flesh to fulfill that which is of the Spirit. But remember these
things which I tell you before hand, that you may know and prepare your heart
before Me.
But you my
beloved must remain faithful, looking only to Me, "The author and finisher
of your faith." In Me you have found solid footing and are standing on
that which I spoken over you. For surely you have discovered that My ways are
not the ways of men, Nor are My thoughts the thoughts of men.
I have not
looked upon you as do men, but I have looked upon your heart. Those I use, I
have also endued you with power from on high. Men look upon the flesh and see
your faults and would condemn you for your imperfections... But, I never called
you because of your perfection My Son. Who then would I call? But I have called
you according to My will and My purpose.
Yes, I separated
you and called you even before you time began. You were already ordained a
messenger as you came forth from your mother's womb. Therefore, do
not look upon men and say they did this, or they said that. For I ordained your
opportunities and as well as you opposition so that you would not become dull
from life's daily routine.
I foreknew that
some would come and that some would also forsake you. This I allowed to bring
you time and time again to the foot of My throne. My son, their departures in
no way reflects or defines your value or your worth concerning My purpose.
No, it was
divine allowance which saw you responding in brokenness, and a usable
contrition. I have not forsaken you My son, nor have I left you to your own
devices. I am ever with you, training you, and comforting you, encouraging all
along this path of life. Through the chaos you have grown in stature and in
character, though you have not fully appreciated nor understood the trials that
I have allowed. I could have kept you from these trials, but My wisdom dictates
that it is the trials that mold you and builds the contrite heart that will
honor Me.
But I remind you
whose Work it is...I also remind you that the faithful are coming My Son, just
as I have said. Those who have been made stable, full of integrity and are
willing to suffer difficult times for My Glory and name's sake are coming to
aid you in these last days. These know that they shall obtain a better life
when the fullness of My Glory is revealed. These have learned the value of the
unseen, which is greater than the seen.
Remember My son,
Many have been called, but few are the chosen. You have continued to pleased Me
in your determination and faith. Now continue faith, standing on a firm
foundation and set yourself to follow Me to the end.

You must
stand, even if everyone around you quits, and falls away. You must not take
your eyes away from Mine, even for another person. You cannot save another or
walk their walk for them. You must seek Me more closely and leave the others to
Me.
You cannot walk
with a divided heart, but must totally leave it in My hands, and walk forth.
Though a thousand fall at your side, you must hold fast to the Truth, and forge
on, lighting the path for others to see. The Light that I have placed within
you is for the purpose of breaking forth the way, and for showing Me to all who
care to seek Me.
Do not allow
your fear or your desire for others to succeed, to cloud your own vision. But
let Me walk it out through you, and all things will become clearer as you do.
All that is Mine will be brought forth as I uncover everything that hinders
them. So, do not doubt the call, but remember the promise and pursue the
course.
If you do not
stand in your faith, then you will not stand at all. My Word tells you this,
and you must remember that and embrace the challenge to trust, even though you
cannot see any results or progress. I know what I am doing. Maintain your
diligence to guard your hearts and minds. Place no one before your destiny, but
keep your place as I have called you to.
What I have
begun, I will finish, even if I have to create what is needed to do so. There
are many that desire Me and who have not yet came to their full positions, but
who are now stepping forwards. They need your steadfastness to encourage them
to succeed. So do not waver, but stand.
My Hand is purging everyone.
It is most
uncomfortable for many, as I uncover, uproot, and remove things. But all who
remain till I am finished with My work, will be fully transformed and
victorious.
At the same
time, I am also planting, building, healing, and breaking forth in many. And
they also are uncomfortable with the new things that they now feel and the new
ways that they are beginning to think within themselves.
Change is
mandatory for the days ahead, and so is the transition into the new place of
being and functioning.
Everything is
ordered by My Hand. Embrace the Grace that I have for you to change, and
embrace the new as a blessing from Me. See through My eyes that which I bring forth
and rejoice. For many desire to see and to experience those things which you
are now walking in. Show them the way. Be the Light that shines in the
darkness.
Go forth even
bolder and more confident in My Hand that is turning you in the new direction.
Stand firmly and sink your roots even deeper into Me and partake of Me even
more, for as you do, many more will also do the same. The Body is aligning and
merging, and forming right on schedule.
Do not look
back, and do not look around, for the days are evil and the temptation to bring
your own solutions into the situations will be strong. But do not stretch forth
your hands, but leave them in Mine. Let the details be left up to Me, and
remain at your position of rest.
Great is the
reward of those who remain in Me, and who do not compromise in the end to save
themselves.
Draw from My
strength and know that I will have My Way, and I will uphold you as you remain
in Me. Stand firm now, and when you have done all to stand, then stand.
I am more than able.

KORAH'S REBELLION
[PART
TWO]
"PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS" AND "MENTAL
ASCENSIONS"
"Preconceived
notions" and "mental ascensions" on the part of the children of
God shall always lead to failure and defeat. Therefore, let us abide in Christ
that we might not be held captive in any way to hinder God's greatest purpose,
that is, the establishment of His Kingdom in the earth. Without a constant and
abiding fellowship with God, our "view" of God's eternal purposes
will be shallow and vague and not only shall we miss God's direction for our
own lives but we shall also be found in some way to be in a position of
rebellion against the authority (inherent - His Word or delegated - His ordained
and anointed handmaidens and bondservants) of God. Should the servant of God
"neglect" their time in prayer and communion with Him, they shall be
deceived and ultimately end up replacing their perfect obedience to God with a
lot of self-initiated "hard work", and thus they shall come to the
point where they are no good to God, to themselves or to others and unless a
true repentance is forthcoming on their part they shall be found to be
"misrepresenting" Jesus Christ and many shall be lead astray because
of their words and actions.
A GREATER RESPONSIBILITY PLACED ON THE DELEGATED
AUTHORITIES
To
the degree that a delegated authority comes to a place outside the
"leading" of the Holy Spirit, it is to that degree that they shall lead
astray those who are following after them, and while those who have
"allowed" themselves to be led astray - through their own failure to
obey the command to guard their heart with ALL diligence - are responsible and
accountable for their actions to God, the greater responsibility falls on the
ones whom God had entrusted to lead His people into the fulness of their
inheritance in Christ. As servants of God let us not be caught short in this
area and let us hold fast to a diligent seeking of God's Word, for it is only
to the degree that we give God's Word "preeminence" in our lives that
we shall make our way prosperous and have the success that rightfully belongs
to all those who have made Jesus Christ their Lord (Joshua 1:5- 9).
THE "SPIRIT OF IDOLATRY"
Through
the actions of Korah, Dathan and Abiram and the rest of the leaders we can see
that they had not "wholly" submitted themselves to the Lord and
therefore, when God sent His prophet to deliver His message concerning the
holiness of the congregation, they were "offended" and they took
action and rebelled against Moses. The same "spirits" that worked in
the midst of the people of Israel when Moses first fellowshipped with God on
the mount - the spirit of idolatry and the spirit of rebellion which drove the
people to formulate their worship in the golden calf - was now working again in
the midst of Korah and the leaders. The "spirit of idolatry" will
always be "allowed" entrance on the ground of one's desire to serve
"anything" or "anyone" before the Most High God. In other
words, if we are not prepared to give our hearts wholly to God then we shall
allow "ground" - the ground of self- desire - for this spirit to
deceive us and, in deceiving us, influence us to worship "idols"
which will in turn take us further and further apart from our God. The deepest
motivation of those who participated in Korah's rebellion was not only the fact
that they themselves desired to have a more prominent role in the leadership,
but also that they reserved the right, in their own thinking, to worship God as
they chose, with no regard to God's "divine requirement". In other
words, when God spoke His message through Moses, commanding the people of Israel
to remember all His commandments, to do them and not to follow after their own
heart and their own eyes, after which they had played the harlot, Korah and the
leaders became offended. Why? Because the Word of God spoken through His
prophet had cut them to the quick and exposed the deepest thoughts and
intentions of their heart and so to "justify" their own actions, they
were "compelled" to downgrade both the servant of God and the words
that were spoken through him.
"TAKING OFFENSE" - THE SURE SIGN OF A
REBELLIOUS HEART-ATTITUDE
It is
a rebellious ("religious") people who become offended at the Word of
God and yet God continues to send "His delegated authorities" forth
to minister the deepest thoughts and intentions of His heart and to expose the
wickedness and the sinfulness which have kept the multitudes from the
"pure" worship and fellowship that the Father desires. God is calling
"all" of His children to forsake their idols and the sin which can so
easily beset them - if they allow it to - and humble themselves before Him. For
it is only as the children of God submit themselves to the authority of God
(Word of God) that they shall come into the place where they are able to
receive the wondrous inheritance that He has provided for them in Christ. Many
times, through the foolishness and the hard-heartedness of the people of God,
they leave Him on the outside looking in and yet He desires to deal in a most
personal way with each one of His children. Up until this time - in the church
- many have rejected God's "delegated authorities" for exactly the
same reasons that the leaders of Israel did as they "maintained"
their desire to worship God as they chose instead of how God ordained. They
have come to view "anything" or "anyone" outside of their
own preconceived notions and mental ascensions as not being from God! Let each
and every one of us "allow" the Word of God to do His work in our
hearts so that we might "always" humbly consider the will of God for
our lives in all that we do.
